LEATHER CARE

 

Our calf leather is a smooth leather with a polished finishing characterized for its durability, however it may develop scratches if not handled with proper care. To prevent the leather from developing marks avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and always take care to store item properly in dustbag when not in use.

 

PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

 

To place an order, add the item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has been process, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Please note, once an order has been placed we are unable t o make changes to the order details or delivery address.

 

MONOGRAMMING

 

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanges or returned.

 

HOW LONG DOES MONOGRAMMING TAKE?

 

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the product to be monogrammed before it is shipped.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are unable to exchange items unless the items are defective or damaged.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns on all full price orders within 14 days of delivery date. The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Please note we do not accept returns on monogrammed items.

 

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanges.
